Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you received the order but it's just not quite right. Maybe you changed your mind or it doesn't look as good on you, we're here to help.

Always be sure to save a copy of the original receipt for your records. Typical turnaround time for returns & exchanges is approximately three weeks from the date of receipt. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

 

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges of unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund up to 14 days, provided the merchandise is accompanied by the original receipt.

Carefully package the merchandise to be returned in the original packaging or a protective mailer and enclose the original receipt. Send it to :

Refunds can take up to 30 business days to completely process. Once received, your return will be processed, typically within 1-3 weeks of receipt. A refund for the original purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to the same credit card used for the original purchase. If you made your purchase with a credit card, we will refund the charge and the credit should be reflected on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle*.  Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

*Please note, your financial institution may take up to 10 days or more to process your refund and credit your account.

 

Exchanges

Carefully package the merchandise to be exchanged in a protective mailer and enclose the original receipt along. Please enclose the written notice explaining the reason for your exchange as well as the item you wish to receive as a replacement. Send it to:

We will then issue a new transaction for the item requested as the exchange and charge the same credit card used for the initial purchase. If the item of your choice is not available we shall notify you in writing. 

Exchanged items cannot be re-exchanged. We will only accept one exchange per invoice/order.

As most financial institutions take longer to process refunds than new transactions, you should expect to see a new charge for exchanged item 3-5 days earlier than the credit for the returned item.

Typical turnaround time for returns & exchanges
Once we receive the merchandise, typical turnaround is about three weeks, but may be longer during peak holiday periods.

 

You received wrong order/damaged products.

We are very sorry that this has happened. You can follow the terms and steps below for an exchange.

- Valid within 14 days, including weekends, of receiving your order.

 We recommend shipping it back to us by registered mail so it's trackable by both parties. We will not be responsible for lost mail or be accountable for returns without tracking code provided. Shipping will be borne by the customer. 

 

In the event that:

  • Damaged items are repairable - We seek your help to send the item back to us or make an appointment to come by the studio for a repair on the spot.
  • Damaged items are not repairable - We will send you a replacement within 2 working days. In the event that a replacement is not available we shall offer a full refund.
  • Bent Earring Posts - If you receive an earring/stud that has a bent post, if the post is not detached from the stud, we would recommend bending it back for a quick fix.
